A personalised Ayurvedic approach that helps you understand the root causes of imbalance and supports lasting health through practical, sustainable changes.

Qualified Ayurvedic Practitioner (CMA Recognised)
There are moments when the body signals the need for a different level of attention.
In my early forties, I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis. Alongside the diagnosis came a conventional treatment plan, but I also felt there was more to understand about what my body was trying to tell me. Something in me chose to pause.
I wanted to understand what was happening in my body and explore whether there was another way forward. That search led me to Ayurveda.
What began as a personal search for answers gradually became a vocation. The more I experienced the profound wisdom of Ayurveda, the more I wanted to understand it fully. This led me to formally study and qualify as an Ayurvedic Practitioner under Dr Sam Watts.
Through this work, my health began to improve gradually, but more importantly, I developed a far deeper understanding of my body and what it needed to thrive.
Today, I bring together that lived experience with professional training, offering a thoughtful, personalised approach that supports a deeper understanding of the body, restores balance and cultivates lasting wellbeing.
Perhaps you have reached a point where you are ready to listen to your body differently. This work is for those who:

IBS, bloating, constipation, reflux and gut health.
Menstrual health, perimenopause, menopause and thyroid support.
Anxiety, overwhelm, nervous system regulation, poor sleep and burnout.
Supporting people living with autoimmune conditions and chronic inflammation alongside their medical care.
Psoriasis, eczema, acne and skin vitality.
Energy, resilience, immune health and long-term wellbeing.
Ayurveda invites us to listen to the body’s subtle signals, understand the patterns behind imbalance, and restore health through thoughtful, personalised changes that support long-term wellbeing.
Each recommendation is tailored to you.
Measured. Intentional. Sustainable.
Healing is rarely about quick fixes. It begins by listening to the body, restoring balance through thoughtful, personalised care, and creating the conditions to flourish over time.
Every journey begins with understanding.
Your initial consultation is a 75-minute, in-depth conversation designed to build a complete picture of your health and wellbeing.
Together, we explore your digestive health, energy and vitality, sleep quality, daily rhythms and lifestyle, alongside your current symptoms and the patterns that may be contributing to them. Rather than looking at symptoms in isolation, Ayurveda seeks to understand how the different aspects of your health connect.
Your personalised recommendations may include dietary guidance, daily routines and seasonal practices, lifestyle adjustments, and herbal support where appropriate.
With greater understanding comes the opportunity to create change.
As you begin to introduce your personalised recommendations, your body starts to respond. Through gentle guidance, practical adjustments and ongoing support, we work together to restore balance in a way that feels achievable and sustainable.
Lasting wellbeing is rarely the result of one dramatic change, but of many small, intentional steps taken consistently over time.
As balance is restored, the focus shifts from simply feeling better to living well.
Follow-up consultations provide the opportunity to review your progress, celebrate what is working and thoughtfully refine your plan as your needs evolve.
Together, we continue to support your wellbeing, helping you build resilience, deepen your connection with your body and cultivate health that feels lasting, natural and uniquely your own.
Consultations are available both in person and online, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your lifestyle.
